Who are we?
Born from a mutual love of singing, our choir brings together voices from all walks of life in joy and good company.
The choir was formed in 2022 and was little more than a karaoke session for a few months, but it quickly established itself and by the end of the year had given 2 performances.
By 2025 that had increased to 11 performances, with 2026 likely to be the same. Our objective is to have fun, and that is reflected not only in the types of concerts we choose to give but also in the number of concerts.
The choir brings together enthusiastic singers in the Évran area. Whether you are an experienced singer or a curious beginner wanting to discover choral singing, you are warmly welcome among us.
The membership of the choir is approximately 50/50 French and English speakers, as is our repertoire, which skilfully blends great English songs — pop, musical theatre, classical — and French songs, creating joyful concerts that have the whole audience singing along.
Rehearsals take place in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. No need to read music: all you need is the desire to sing and to enjoy yourself! Rehearsal tracks are provided for all parts to aid home practice.

What we sing
Crème Anglaise has a repertoire of almost 60 songs, with a further 30 Christmas songs, split approximately 50/50 between French and English — all carefully arranged for our voices, from French chanson to great English songs across several genres.

Crème Anglaise is always happy to welcome new singers: sopranos, altos, tenors, basses — all ages and nationalities welcome. No prior musical knowledge required — just enthusiasm!

€25 per person
€40 for two people
